Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company values, increase brand recognition, and identify new growth areas.
• Writing and editing appealing and target-oriented content for a variety of communication channels, including social media, press releases, blogs, and regular newsletters.
• Planning and execution of innovative PR and communication campaigns to support the mission, vision, and strategic goals of pflegori Deutschland.
• Detailed analysis and continuous monitoring of market developments, as well as proactive adaptation of communication strategies to optimize reach, impact, and efficiency.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES, STRATEGIC PARTNERS, AND INTEREST GROUPS TO SUSTAINABLY STRENGTHEN THE COMPANY'S PRESENCE AND REPUTATION IN THE PUBLIC EYE.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field that provides fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the marketing and communication sector, ideally in the healthcare industry, with proven successes in campaigns and projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English to effectively convey content and support international teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that are focused on social justice and sustainability to achieve long-term goals.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team, develop creative solutions that promote innovation, and overcome challenges.
