Manor Culturist (Butler Services)

Position Overview The Manor Culturist is responsible for providing personalized service and assistance to guests staying in the Manors at Capella Singapore. From coordinating arrivals and departures to arranging special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Manor Culturist plays a crucial role in creating a perfect curated stay for the guests. The Role Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including luggage, and facilitating check-in/check-out processes Provide personalized assistance to guests, responding to their needs and preferences, and ensuring that all requests are met Ensure seamless communication with other departments, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, to guarantee a smooth stay for the guests Develop strong relationships with regular guests, understanding their preferences and tailoring services accordingly Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
