Manager – Group Business Development and Growth Established in 2021, MAS Amity is a unified customer facing trading entity and investment holding for the group based out of Singapore. It acts as single point of contact from a legal perspective to the customers, ensuring a seamless access to all of the group capabilities. The current functions of MAS Amity are Marketing, Design, Technology, Finance and Procurement and these are carried out to with the ethos of providing a unique value addition to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Manager who will lead the Group Business Development and Growth team in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies for business growth and development; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth; • Collaborating with the Group's various functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans; • Providing regular progress updates to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
