Manager- Delegate Acquisition

Role Overview EMPOR Marcom is looking for an experienced and driven Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead delegate acquisition strategies and oversee a team responsible for driving participation across our B2B conferences, leadership summits, and enterprise events. This is a leadership role focused on managing delegate acquisition operations, team performance, stakeholder engagement, and audience quality across multiple events. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delegate acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully growing event attendance through strategic partnerships, targeted marketing campaigns, and effective sales strategies.
