Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
• Certifications in logistics and supply chain management are a plus.
• Fluent English speaking, fluency in Polish is a welcome advantage.
