Our client, a leading guaranteed rent provider in London, is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Ladbroke Grove, W10.

This role requires an experienced professional with a strong lettings background, excellent knowledge of residential legislation, and the ability to build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and local authority partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ARLA accreditation is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting viewings and managing tenancy agreements
• Providing guidance on lettings legislation and compliance
• Problem-solving tenancy and management issues calmly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate records and prioritising workload efficiently
• Supporting the company’s high service standards and client satisfaction
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures
• Professional approach to customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, organised, and able to prioritise workload
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Live within easy reach of Ladbroke Grove, W10
• ARLA qualification or equivalent preferred
