A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a respected and fast growing independent agency in Horley. This role is ideal for someone with around twelve months' lettings experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a supportive, ambitious team.
This is a brilliant chance to build confidence, gain wider responsibility and progress quickly within a well regarded local agency.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with applicants and landlords. Working closely with the lettings team, you will be responsible for generating viewings, negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry through to move in.

Key Responsibilities

- Registering applicants and managing enquiries
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Building strong rapport with applicants and landlords
- Providing accurate and helpful feedback to landlords
- Negotiating lettings offers and progressing deals to move in
- Supporting the team with marketing, diary management and general lettings activity
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- Around twelve months' experience in residential lettings
- A confident, proactive and people focused approach
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure
- A desire to learn, progress and take on more responsibility
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Professional, well presented and team orientated
