You lead product and service development with clarity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking. Thanks to your profound industry knowledge, you recognize customer needs early, develop attractive products and services, and specifically promote your team. As a "doer", you create sustainable added value for our customers and decisively shape the strategic further development of Assura's product and service portfolio.

What you achieve daily

• You lead and develop a team of five employees at the Zurich and Lausanne locations and foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You develop innovative products and services in the areas of health, accident, and life insurance as well as new business areas, consistently aligning them with the needs of our customers.
• With your strong market understanding, you manage product development from idea to implementation to successful launch, ensuring the quality of our product and service portfolio.
• Together with internal and external stakeholders, you identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and actively shape the further development of our product strategy.

What you bring

• You have a university degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field, communicate fluently in German and French, and ideally have further training at MBA level or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least five years of management experience in the insurance industry and impress with your strong leadership skills, communication ability, and networked thinking.
• With your strategic and analytical understanding, you develop innovative product strategies and sound business cases, and with your intellectual curiosity, you develop new market and business opportunities.
• Initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial action characterize you, and as a "doer", you have the ability to lead projects and product developments to success in a goal-oriented manner.
• Thanks to your negotiation skills and your feel for sustainable partnerships, you succeed in building and successfully developing valuable collaborations.
