The Role:
You’ll join a tight-knit team and play a key part in supporting a busy and varied client base. Your work will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Assisting with refinancing, subdivisions, and general property matters
- Preparing trust deeds, wills, and enduring powers of attorney
- Supporting relationship property matters and broader private client work
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
- Contributing to a positive team culture and maintaining excellent client relationships
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Executive in property and/or private client work
- Strong file management skills and confidence running matters independently
- Accurate drafting and excellent attention to detail
- Warm, professional communication style with a client-centred approach
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of your workload
- A genuinely supportive, inclusive team with no egos
