Roles and Responsibilities : Creating and implementing a plan for marketing the property Improving resident satisfaction Aggressively marketing the property through multiple media platforms, including telephone, text, email, and social media Performing follow-up with prospects per company guidelines Achieving full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring timely and efficient lease execution.
