Lead Generator

Company Description Representaciones del Caribe is a company specialized in converting the expansion intention of global brands into a real presence in the Caribbean market. We focus on international footwear, outdoor, and lifestyle brands, offering an integrated operation with more than 15 brands under contractual distribution. We manage the commercial infrastructure, logistics, and retail activation that a brand would take years to build on its own. We have multi-hub logistics and strategic storage in Panama and the Dominican Republic, which allows for agile and consistent service. We work with regional expansion managers and brand owners who seek to grow in the Caribbean without having to set up a local operation from scratch.

Position Description In the Lead Generator role at Representaciones del Caribe, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities for our brands in the International market. In your day-to-day, you will contact potential B2B clients, gather key information about their needs, and record all data in internal CRM tools. You will also collaborate with the commercial team to schedule meetings, follow up on leads generated in campaigns, and assist in the preparation of proposals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Punta Cana, where you will work in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Skills in commercial prospecting, lead generation, and customer database management.
• Full command of English, oral and written.
• Experience in using CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
• Clear oral and written communication ability, results orientation, and basic negotiation skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and efficient time management in dynamic environments.
• Previous experience in retail, footwear, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors is a plus, as is knowledge of Caribbean markets.
• Training related to commerce, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• Fluent use of office software tools.
