Are you ready to become a Hero?

Your mission as a Hero:

• Your tasks include advising, selling, and providing general information on services in the tourism industry.
• Support of new and existing customers as well as determining their needs for products,
• Processing in a jiffy via e-mail and telephone,
• as a Hero, you are the first point of contact for the customers of our clients

Your strengths as a Hero:

• first experience in the field of tourism and dealing with customers,
• very good German language skills (oral and written - at least C1),
• working with a PC is not a challenge for you,
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend services within our service hours from Mon - Sun 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• You are unbeatable in terms of customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy and sympathy,
• friendly demeanor and respectful communication,
• you love making the various customer characters happy,
• Multi-skiller: You enjoy working on several projects in the in- and outbound at the same time,
• The prerequisite for you is to work in the home office.
