Job Challenge We are looking for a strategic and proactive Account Manager to strengthen our team of relationship builders and contribute to the success of our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand Amaris' presence in key markets; • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business results; • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amaris' products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development; • Proven track record of success in developing and executing account plans that drive revenue growth; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
