Commercial Assistant / Administration (m/f/d) Part-time

paselo is a young, fast-growing company for high-quality dietary supplements for dogs. Our mission: To sustainably promote the health and joy of life of dogs – with natural, laboratory-tested products that are scientifically sound and valued by pet owners.

To drive this growth in a structured manner, we are looking for reliable and versatile support who will not only take on classic assistant tasks but also work in a generalist capacity, take responsibility, and pitch in wherever needed.

We are looking for someone who can support us for 15 hours per week (3 hours / day).

Tasks

• Support for management in day-to-day business
• Handling customer inquiries (phone/email)
• Appointment scheduling, file management, and deadline management (follow-ups, documents)
• Structured filing and provision of documents for the tax office
• Support and acquisition of new partners during downtime
• Communication with suppliers and authorities

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience (> 5 years)
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly and professional demeanor, especially on the phone
• Independence and organizational skills
