After an internal training, you support the sales team in following up on existing and potential customers:
- You have frequent customer contact via phone or email and occasionally visit (potential) customers;
- With necessary commercial drive, you translate the needs of our customers into proposal suggestions. You are also responsible for following up on these proposals;
- You follow technical projects in collaboration with the sales and technical team;
- Customer management and prospecting is an important part of your tasks;
- You support various commercial activities such as trade shows, mailings, and relationship management.
