Job responsibilities as Associate Recruitment Consultant: After a thorough training, you will meet both candidates and clients and be their first point of contact: You screen and interview candidates You contact businesses and discuss job openings with them You maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information You are proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities You work closely with the recruitment consultants to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively You are flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines You are able to work independently as well as part of a team You maintain accurate records and reports on candidate progress and job openings You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your workload accordingly You are proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities You are able to work effectively with people at all levels, including clients, candidates, and colleagues You are able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner You are able to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information
