Junior Account Executive (m/f/d) – Your Career Start in Tech Sales

Your first role in tech sales shouldn't be a leap into the deep end. At 4ALLPORTAL, you'll start as a Junior Account Executive at a multi-award-winning German SaaS market leader, with structured onboarding, experienced mentors, and a clear path upwards. Your tasks – making an impact from day one

• You qualify incoming leads from marketing and conduct initial conversations with prospects

• You'll learn to accurately capture customer needs with our methodology (SPICED) and accompany demos together with experienced AEs

• You will build your own pipeline and systematically document your activities in the CRM

• You will work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success

What you bring to the table

• Completed apprenticeship or degree, field of study doesn't matter (even career changers welcome)

• Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a desire to start a career in sales

• Structured, self-reliant way of working and coachability

• Very good German, good English, and enthusiasm for digital technologies
