Your mission
As a BDR, your mission is to generate commercial opportunities and evangelize a target SME. Your goal? Actively prospect and detect appetizing leads by deploying account strategies adapted.

Your daily routine

• Maintain multi-channel outbound campaigns (tel, email, and social-selling) on lists of high-potential accounts to detect opportunities.
• Identify and contact key decision-makers (CEO, CFO, HR Director) likely to be our future clients
• Perform a high-volume project detection (60 calls per day) to generate qualified opportunities
• Intelligently map key accounts from marketing campaigns and plan impactful business meetings.
• Plan and conduct your own discovery calls to evaluate the specific needs of prospects.
• Create and nurture your pipeline until purchase intent.
• Enrich accounts with adapted scraping tools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha, ...)
• Participate in strategic events (salons, round tables, …) alongside Sales and Marketing teams

Your profile
Temperament of a “hunter,” and an appetite for commercial development, you are pugnacious, results-oriented, and good at communicating.
Good communicator, you have impeccable spelling, and the phone is your best friend.
Finally, you balance autonomy and teamwork to be a force of proposition and achieve your booking objectives.
