I am hiring for IT Procurement Specialist – IT & Telco Location: Hybrid 95% home unless Company Policy Changes Job Description: Lead and manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from requirement definition to contract signature and ongoing management. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, licence agreements, and sub-contracts while ensuring alignment with client strategies. Provide procurement support to bid teams and participate in the definition and execution of category roadmaps. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement opportunities. Manage and track procurement metrics, including spend analysis, contract compliance, and supplier performance. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure procurement strategies remain effective.
