Position – International Placements (Leadership Role) Department : International Corporate Outreach / International Placement Cell Location: Jalandhar, Punjab About the Role Lovely Professional University is seeking an experienced, globally connected, and result-oriented professional to lead its International Placements and Global Corporate Outreach function. The role is responsible for building a strong international placement ecosystem by creating global employment opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with leading companies worldwide, and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective strategies for international placements, including identifying and engaging with potential employers, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, alumni, and industry leaders. • Collaborating with the University's academic departments to develop curricula and programs that meet the needs of global employers. • Providing guidance and support to students and recent graduates on their career development and job search strategies. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in international placements and corporate outreach, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve the function's effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in international placements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
