- Facilitate an increase in billing and average ticket size by selling high-performance services (additional service upgrade).
- Will make sales and product updates with digital visibility to customers.
- Act with the goal of retaining and fidelizing the customer.
- Act on B2C contacts through a database, optimizing filters to capture potential clients;
- Direct technical issues to the support area, ensuring good product functioning for the customer;
- Mapped current tool usage by the client to potentiate results;
- Participate in various projects related to the area and Customer Success objectives;
- Contribute to achieving area KPIs.
