As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for: • Building strong relationships with Travel Agencies and other key stakeholders • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to maintain a deep understanding of our offerings • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Working effectively in a hybrid work environment (office and remote) • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data • Participating in regular performance evaluations and goal-setting discussions with your manager • Other duties as assigned by management • Competitive Salary Bonuses
