Job description
- Monitor the Human Capital of Procurement vs. Area Budget, ensuring 100% adherence
- Diagnostics possible problems/contingencies based on quantitative and qualitative data in a preventive manner, enabling timely change
- Executes Central People Programs (Performance & Talent Management, Compensation, Development) with impeccable precision
- Lands business objectives in person plans of action and executes them on time and form (e.g. turnover, engagement, etc.)
- Mesures the impact of initiatives quantitatively and qualitatively periodically through different tools (OV, Surveys, etc.), exposing trends to leadership team
- Serves as trusted advisor to our leaders; provides recurrent and objective information on progress of action plans and initiatives to develop
- Provides recurring quantitative/qualitative insights, preventive coaching
- Defender of Doctoralia Culture; accompanies our Doctorali@s E2E throughout their lifecycle, guaranteeing a positive experience during the same
- Contributes to creation of People products and prioritization in Central People Programs
