HR Generalist (m/w/x)

Full Time Entry Level

Job description

THE ROLE

As HR Generalist (m/w/x), you are part of our HR team, which is responsible for all personnel-related matters and serves as the first point of contact for HR questions from department heads and executives. Our internationally active company, with a total of 6 locations in several European countries, operates in a dynamic industry environment. In this role, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in general personnel work, employee and executive support, and HR operations, and thus actively contribute to the further growth of the company.

In this role, you are exactly right if you are excited about the following contents:

  • You work closely with our department heads and executives together and support them in all personnel-related matters – from hiring to departure.
  • You accompany the entire recruitment process for selected positions: from job posting to offer.
  • You take over tasks in personnel administration, including contract preparation, maintenance of personal data, creation of certificates, and general administrative activities.
  • You provide the required HR data for the preliminary salary calculation and ensure high data quality.
  • You support our European locations with HR topics and ensure a smooth coordination across country borders.
  • You work on HR projects (e.g. process optimizations, system adjustments, cross-location initiatives) and bring your ideas into the further development of our HR processes.
  • You represent an experienced HR Generalist in the team and take over their responsibilities as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in personnel management and would like to consciously set this expertise in a general HR role.
  • You have experience in operational recruitment, HR administration, and cooperation with payroll – ideally across multiple locations.
  • You work structured, keep track even with many parallel topics, and set high quality standards for your work.
  • You possess an excellent hands-on mentality, implement things practically, and take responsibility for your themes.
  • You approach people openly, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and feel comfortable in an international environment.
  • You work independently and team-oriented, share information transparently, and coordinate closely with your colleagues.
  • You possess very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking; a secure handling of MS Office / Microsoft 365 and common HR systems is self-evident for you.
