Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description This position is available from January 2026 onwards. The position is responsible for ensuring the ongoing impeccable cleanliness and organisation of public spaces and facilities in accordance with established standards of the hotel. He/she needs to maintain the impeccable cleanliness in his/her area of responsibility as per hotel standards related to the nightly deep cleaning by outside companies as per contractual agreement in public spaces and back-of-house areas. Primary Responsibilities: • Ensure that all public spaces and facilities are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and organisation, including but not limited to corridors, stairwells, elevators, guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. • Conduct regular inspections of public spaces and facilities to ensure compliance with established standards. • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all public spaces and facilities. • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. • Coordinate with outside companies providing nightly deep cleaning services to ensure seamless execution of their tasks. • Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, hotel standards, and safety protocols. • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance activities. • Ensure that all public spaces and facilities are safe and accessible for guests with disabilities. • Develop and implement effective procedures for handling guest complaints related to cleanliness and organisation. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of hotel operations. • Perform other duties as required by the hotel or as assigned by management.
