As part of the team, they will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Make beds, change bed linens, and replenish amenities in guest rooms
• Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and accessories
• Clean and disinfect bathroom facilities, including toilets, showers, and sinks
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests' requests and concerns
• Inform any maintenance or safety issues to the corresponding department
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning carts and storage areas
• Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of cleaning chemicals and waste
• Comply with all security and protection protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room rotation and guest satisfaction
