We build industry-ready talent for the semiconductor ecosystem through high-impact B2C programs, corporate upskilling, and partner-led initiatives Role Summary The Head of Institutional Business will lead Maven Silicon's B2B outreach to higher education institutions, universities, and academic ecosystems, driving strategic partnerships, and fostering collaborations that benefit both parties. This role requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, its trends, and the needs of educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand Maven Silicon's footprint in the education sector. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at higher education institutions, universities, and academic ecosystems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for institutional clients, leveraging Maven Silicon's expertise in VLSI & semiconductor training. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts that meet the needs of both parties. • Provide thought leadership and industry insights to educational institutions, showcasing Maven Silicon's capabilities and value proposition. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or education). • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the education sector. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and developing effective sales strategies. • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, its trends, and the needs of educational institutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
