We’re now looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team in India, driving the development of innovative software products and solutions that meet the needs of our global clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical strategy for our Indian operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as contribute to the development of new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing engineering teams, with expertise in software development methodologies, agile project management, and technical leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
