GTM Engineer (m/f/d - German-Speaking)

As a GTM Engineer at LNKSTR, you are the technical engine behind our AI-powered delivery. You develop automations, build AI agents, and ensure that ideas turn into measurable output. You will work directly with the leadership team.

Your Tasks

• Build Automations: You develop workflows with n8n, Make, or custom code that make research, lead qualification, campaign setup, and reporting scalable.

• Develop AI Agents: You conceive, test, and operationalize LLM-based agents and pipelines for research, personalization, and account management.

• Manage Tool Stack: You analyze existing tools and interfaces (CRM, data providers, outreach infrastructure), integrate them, and eliminate redundancies.

• Interface with Account Management: You understand the requirements of daily business and translate them into technical solutions.

• Rapid Prototyping: You test new tools and APIs, MCPs, build MVPs and Proof-of-Concepts, and help decide what becomes standard.

• Documentation: You document your solutions so that the team can use and maintain them without you.

Your Profile

• Technical Understanding: APIs, data flows, and logic are your tools. You work confidently with low-code and no-code tools and write your own code when necessary, for example in Python or JavaScript.

• Experience with Automation and AI: You have already automated processes and built and operated LLM-based workflows or agents.

• GTM Understanding: Experience in B2B sales, outbound, or an agency is a plus.

• Structured and Solution-Oriented: You think in processes, identify bottlenecks, and solve them pragmatically.

• Independence: You prioritize yourself, deliver quickly, and stand by your solutions.

• Language Skills: Fluent German, proficient English.

We consistently build our delivery with AI. In daily operations, LLM pipelines, AI agents for research and personalization, and n8n workflows are running. We test local LLMs and custom agents. As a GTM Engineer, you will significantly determine how this stack continues to grow.
