Your Tasks

• You actively shape the establishment and growth of a new venture within Enpal – from the initial idea to successful customer acquisition.

• You develop data-driven go-to-market strategies and implement measures that successfully position our products in the market.

• You manage and optimize our customer acquisition channels, from performance marketing to new growth channels and innovative acquisition approaches.

• You analyze our funnel, identify growth potential, and test new approaches to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.

• You develop a deep understanding of our target groups, work on pricing and commercial strategies, and derive concrete growth measures from them.

• You build scalable processes and tools for marketing, sales, and commercial operations and continuously develop them.

Your Profile

• You have a very successfully completed Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school.

• You are eager to think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and actively build a new business – regardless of whether you are just starting your career or have already gained initial experience.

• You bring initial experience in Growth, Marketing, Business Development, or a comparable field. Relevant internships, working student positions, or personal projects are also welcome.

• You have a good analytical understanding, enjoy working with numbers, and can derive concrete recommendations for action from data.

• You are hands-on, enjoy trying new things, and don't wait for someone to tell you every step.

• You enjoy solving problems in a structured way, testing hypotheses, and learning from both successes and failures.

• You convince with initiative, curiosity, and the ambition to make things measurably better.
