Our client is a middle-sized service provider with its headquarters in Berlin and several national focus clusters. The performance portfolio includes, in particular, infrastructural services with a focus on cleaning as well as strongly growing technical services for demanding industrial and institutional customers.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking leadership figure as Managing Director (m/w/d) to further develop the company. The position combines overall operational responsibility with a clear growth and sales orientation.

Tasks

Your tasks

In this function, you will take over the operative and economic responsibility for the company. You will steer regional focus clusters, further develop existing customer relationships, and drive the targeted expansion of new business opportunities forward.

A particular focus lies on further strengthening growth through identifying market opportunities, leading conversations with existing and new customers, and positioning the company as a performance-oriented partner in the market.

Qualification

Your profile

You have several years of leadership experience in a service-related environment, ideally in building services, facility management, cleaning, technical services or related services. You know operational structures, understand the requirements of personnel-intensive services and bring experience in controlling decentralized units.

In addition to your operational strength, you are characterized by outstanding sales orientation. You can win customers, build relationships, and recognize economic opportunities. You lead clearly, persuasively and practically and combine entrepreneurial thinking with high implementation strength.
