Aufgaben

Your task: Scale, lead, market open

• Scaling & Business Ownership: You will lead RX-WATERTEC as CEO/Geschäftsführer with overall responsibility for revenue, results, and liquidity. You establish clear KPIs, create transparency in governance, and direct the company consistently towards sustainable growth.
• Market Development & Go-to-Market: You develop and are responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our solutions. From municipalities and infrastructure operators to industry and commercial customers. You open up new markets, build strategic partnerships, and position RX-WATERTEC as a relevant player in the digital infrastructure and water tech field.
• Product & Solution Strategy: You translate market demands and regulatory frameworks into clear product and solution priorities. In close cooperation with CTO, Product, and Technology, you ensure that our platform is scalable and delivers tangible customer benefits.
• Team, Leadership & Organization: You build a high-performance leadership team, establish ownership and clear responsibilities, and instill a culture of result-oriented thinking, trust, and tempo. Together with the CTO, you will lead RX-WATERTEC in a co-leadership model.
• Stakeholder Management: You are the central interface to the supervisory board and strategic partners. You are responsible for reporting, governance, and strategic communication. Clear, reliable, and on eye level.
• Structures & Scalability: You establish processes, tools, and organizational structures that enable growth: pragmatic, lean, and scalable. Including compliance, risk management, and sustainable corporate governance.

• Responsibility at the highest level: You have already worked in a role where it wasn't about administration, but about building, scaling, and entrepreneurial decision-making: as CEO, Managing Director, Geschäftsführer or in comparable responsibility. Growth phases, uncertainty, and prioritization under pressure are familiar to you from your own practice, not just theory.
• Experience in complex and regulated markets: You have built business models in markets where regulation, long decision-making cycles, and diverse stakeholders shape the daily routine. For example, in energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, smart city, environmental technology, or technology-driven B2B environments. You understand how trust is established and how market opening works under these conditions.
• Go-to-Market with substance: Go-to-Market, Business Development, and organizational build-up are not just buzzwords for you, but concrete tools. You recognize when focus is necessary, where structures enable growth, and where they would brake. You can ordain technical products and platforms so that market-ready solutions with tangible customer benefits emerge.
• Leadership with ownership: You lead hands-on, with clear stance and genuine responsibility. You make decisions, communicate transparently, and stand by results. Even when it gets uncomfortable. Your clarity creates orientation, internally as well as externally, and enables speed in growth.

You don't need to bring a complete water management lexicon with you. What's decisive is that you quickly understand complex, regulated markets, connect the dots, and systematically acquire relevant knowledge. Your strength lies in translating this knowledge into strategy, market opening, and scaling.
