Job description
Do you want to lead a project with social, educational, and scientific impact at a national and international level?The San Juan de Dios Foundation seeks to incorporate its next Managing Director, the organization's top executive, to lead a new phase of growth, transformation, and innovation in the fields of health education, socio-health research, and social action.YOUR MISSION
To drive the strategic development of the Foundation, ensuring the fulfillment of its foundational objectives, its economic sustainability, and the promotion of the values of the Foundation and the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God.
Furthermore, you will take on the challenge of positioning the Foundation as a benchmark in socio-health education and research for the horizon 2030.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the overall strategy and management of the Foundation.
• Direct the Management Committee and coordinate the different areas of activity.
• Ensure economic sustainability and diversification of funding sources.
• Promote training, research, and knowledge transfer projects.
• Develop strategic alliances with research centers, public administrations, and national and international organizations.
• Promote quality, regulatory compliance, and ethical management of the organization.
• Lead the attraction and development of professional and scientific talent.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Doctorate or higher degree with postgraduate training in management and administration.
• Consolidated experience in senior management positions and university teaching.
• Track record in educational institutions, healthcare, foundations, universities, or third-sector entities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation and growth processes.
• Experience in economic management, development of institutional alliances, and fundraising.
• High level of English for institutional representation and international environments.WE WILL ESPECIALLY VALUE
• Knowledge of the university, healthcare, and research system.
• Experience in accreditation, quality, and innovation.
• Participation in international projects and European networks.
