HOSPITAL PHARMACY MANAGE
RWe are looking for a profile with strategic, operational, and commercial vision, capable of leading the pharmacy operation, developing the team, and ensuring compliance with service, inventory, and profitability indicators

REQUIREMEN
- TSCompleted Bachelor's degre
- e with a professional title and license required.Experience in inventory administration and control.Experience in leadership and personnel management.Management and tracking of KPIs.Experience in negotiation and management with suppliers.Desirable experience in the hospital, pharmaceutical, or health sector.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIE
- SPlan, administer, and control the human, material, and financial resources of the operatio
- n.Establish and track sales goals, shrinkage levels, and performance indicators.Design strategies aimed at improving the operation, productivity, service, and results of the pharmacy.Supervise and control inventories, availability of medications and supplies, and stock levels.Ensure the correct dispensing of medications and supplies.Manage agreements and commercial negotiations with suppliers.Develop dispensing agreements with insurance companies and financial institutions.Lead, train, and develop the work team.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and standards.Supervise administrative controls and the correct handling of assets.

HOURS
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (for the first three months, then once a month)
