We are hiring a Clinic Manager / Coordinator for Lavenus Esthetics clinic located in São José dos Pinhais. Job Description The Clinic Manager will be the right-hand man of the director, being responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, team harmony, and achieving aggressive growth targets. We are looking for a resolute profile with strategic vision and a sense of ownership. Main Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and motivate the team (sales, reception, and technical), really focusing on results and continuous improvement. Ensure that all team members have clear goals and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans accordingly. Coordinate with the director to set and achieve business targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that they are within budget. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction. Ensure that the clinic is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Perform other duties as required.
