COMMERCIAL MANAGER IN INSURANCE AND BONDS

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in commercial or similar positions.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SICAS (desirable).
• Leadership, results orientation, and ability to develop commercial teams.

Functions:

• Develop and consolidate the branch's commercial operation, driving its growth and positioning in the region.
• Lead the opening and operation of the branch, ensuring compliance with commercial and operational objectives.
• Direct, develop, and strengthen a commercial team, with a vision for structural growth.
• Drive the commercialization of the comprehensive portfolio of insurance and bonds (multirama).
• Establish, monitor, and track commercial KPIs and objectives.
• Manage and ensure compliance with the annual sales budget.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners.
