Senior Acquisition Manager

Banco Daycoval is seeking professionals with a Hunter profile, a focus on business generation, and a passion for building strategic relationships to act in the position of Senior High Net Worth Acquisition Manager.

This position is for those with strong prospecting capabilities, the ability to open doors and develop new commercial opportunities, acting directly in acquiring high-net-worth clients and expanding the bank's presence in the São Paulo region.

Responsibilities and duties

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients from the High Net Worth segment, focusing on expanding Banco Daycoval's client base;
• Develop acquisition strategies using networking, referrals, external visits, and market actions;
• Act predominantly with a Hunter profile, identifying opportunities and converting potential clients into new relationships;
• Build solid, long-term relationships, providing a consultative and personalized experience;
• Identify clients' financial profile, needs, and objectives to recommend suitable solutions;
• Market the bank's portfolio of products and services, promoting deeper relationships;
• Manage the commercial pipeline, monitoring opportunities, negotiations, and conversions;
• Monitor performance indicators and act with discipline to achieve established goals;
• Represent Banco Daycoval at events, strategic meetings, and relationship-building activities aimed at the high-net-worth public;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and the institution's ethical principles.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education;
• Active CEA Certification (mandatory);
• Proven experience in acquiring High Net Worth clients, focusing on acquisition and portfolio development;
• Solid knowledge of financial products and solutions for the High Net Worth segment, including investments, credit, and other banking products;
• Consistent track record of achieving goals and generating new business;
• Hunter commercial profile, with strong prospecting and market opening capabilities;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
• Organization, autonomy, and discipline in managing the commercial funnel;
• Availability for in-person work in São Paulo/SP and external visits.

It will be a differential if you have

• CFP® Certification;
• Experience in serving High Net Worth, Private, or Wealth Management segments;
• Experience in banks, brokerages, credit unions, or investment advisory firms;
• Knowledge and use of CRM tools for commercial management.
