We're looking for an experienced and commercially astute General Manager Procurement to lead our Procurement function and shape the future of procurement across SkyCity New Zealand. This Auckland-based leadership role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays a critical role in delivering sustainable value, managing risk and enabling business performance across our diverse operations.

About the Role

As General Manager Procurement, you'll provide strategic leadership across procurement governance, category management, supplier relationship management and sourcing activities. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across our business to ensure procurement strategies align with organisational priorities and deliver commercial outcomes. You'll oversee procurement expenditure across New Zealand operations while leading a high-performing team responsible for driving value creation, supplier innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for a proven procurement leader who can operate strategically while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

You'll ideally bring:

• Significant senior procurement, commercial or supply chain leadership experience
• A track record of leading strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and complex commercial arrangements
• Strong financial, analytical and stakeholder management capability
• Experience developing procurement strategies, operating models and governance frameworks
• A passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with MCIPS, CIPS or equivalent viewed favourably.
