Tasks

• General organizational tasks in the back office
• Edit and answer emails based on clear guidelines
• Support in planning and coordination of appointments
• Digital filing and structuring of internal documents
• No customer contact, no sales, no calls

Qualification

• Reliability, a lot of motivation, and willingness to learn
• Independent, conscientious work style
• Very good written expression in German language
• Familiarity with digital tools (email, Excel, calendar)
• Stable internet connection and own working equipment (laptop or PC)
• Readiness to communicate via digital channels like Zoom, WhatsApp, or Telegram
• First experience in home office or as an assistant is helpful but not a requirement
