Founders Associate to the CFO/COO (Working Student, m/f/d)

You are the right hand of our COO/CFO and the interface between Finance, Legal, People, and the rest of the company. Where topics remain between departments, you pick them up and bring them to completion.

• You are the interface between COO/CFO and the departments: You translate decisions into tasks, follow up on open points, and ensure that nothing disappears between two responsibilities.
• You prepare the basis for decisions that land in leadership meetings: Analyses, competitor comparisons, market data.
• You own your own projects end-to-end, across Finance, Legal, and People — and lead them beyond the first hurdle.
• You automate and improve processes that are currently manual and cumbersome.
• You prepare meetings with shareholders, advisory board, and external partners and follow up on results and next steps.
• You contribute your own ideas — even unsolicited. We are not looking for an executive hand, but for someone who thinks outside the box and initiates things.

• Ideally, you are pursuing a Master's degree — Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics.
• You have first relevant practical experience: Internships or working student positions in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, a startup, or a comparable environment.
• You work cleanly in Excel and create documents that can be understood without oral explanation. Much more important is that you master AI & KI tools inside and out and are always up to date.
• You bring real startup drive: You want to build, not manage, and you get faster when things get tight, not slower.
• You think outside the box — you see the problem behind the task and propose a solution that no one asked for.
• You handle confidential information with confidence.
• You meet deadlines — and report early if you cannot meet them.
• Very good German and English.
• 16 to 20 hours per week, for at least two semesters.
