I am Jan, co-founder of reltix and responsible for everything related to growth. We are taking a path that no one else in property management is taking: Real estate is the largest asset class in the world. And the worst managed. In Germany alone: millions of apartments, managed by thousands, often small and analog-working administrations. And this at a time when the major challenges of housing shortage, renovation wave, and energy transition are looming for the industry.

Software alone has barely changed this industry for twenty years. It won't anymore. Service is the product. That's why with reltix, we are not building the next software for old structures. We are rebuilding property management from scratch and operating it ourselves. AI-native with data, processes, software, and service in one. This creates a system that learns with every unit; and a service that gets better every day. Germany's most German industry is getting an operating system.

Yes, this is an internship. But not one where you just make slides look good or maintain lists. You will work on the same topics as I do. You will get real problems. I am looking for someone who I absolutely want to keep after their internship.

Your Tasks

• Venture Development: Calculate new revenue streams, build business cases, set up initial tests

• Geographic Expansion: Market analyses for new cities, prepare setup, go out into execution

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partners, approach them, prepare and conduct calls

• Lead Generation: Test, measure, discard, or scale own channels and concepts

• Automation & AI: Find processes that slow us down and solve them ourselves with AI workflows

Your Profile

• 80/20 Mindset: Fast rather than perfect, brutally prioritized

• Grit & Curiosity: Setbacks spur you on, you learn new topics in record time

• First experience in high-octane environments (startup, consulting, VC, IB) or own projects that show you finish things

• You are studying, in between studies, or just finished; 3+ months full-time

• Very good German, confident English
