As a Founders Associate (M/F/*), you will work closely with the founders and be one of the driving forces behind our growth. Your responsibilities will particularly cover fundraising, investor relations, and market analysis. You will support capital raising, prepare investor processes, conduct market and competitor analyses, and develop strategic materials for investors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will support the founders in preparing and executing fundraising processes. This includes: developing compelling pitch decks and storylines, maintaining and expanding the investor pipeline, and identifying and approaching relevant VCs, business angels, and strategic partners.

• You will analyze markets, target audiences, trends, and competitors in the AI and SaaS sector, derive opportunities and risks from them, and develop data-based recommendations for action and decision-making bases for the founding team.

• In close collaboration with internal teams, you will develop presentations for investor meetings, board meetings, and external stakeholders that are concise and data-based.

• You will help build and maintain a lean and scalable toolchain including HubSpot, Crunchbase, Google Analytics, and Make/Zapier to enable data-based decisions and create transparency in the fundraising process.

Note: This role is intentionally broad! High ownership, direct sparring intensity with the founding team, and a strong focus on execution characterize your daily work.

Qualifications

• You possess business acumen and a relevant background, e.g., through a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or something similar.

• You have experience in fast-paced and demanding startups and bring a structured and organized approach to problem-solving: strongly analytical, but also hands-on in execution.

• Ideally, you have experience in the investment environment, e.g., as an analyst or intern at a VC, private equity fund, family office, or investor team, and are familiar with the requirements of fundraising processes firsthand.

• You work confidently with data, derive insights, and make decisions based on facts. Tools and automations are a natural part of your work (e.g., HubSpot, Crunchbase, Google Analytics, Make/Zapier).

• Your German and English are impeccable, and you can also present complex topics simply and understandably, create compelling documents, and moderate with investors at a C-level.

• You think ahead, prioritize consistently, contribute your own ideas, and maintain a balance between speed and quality with a high demand for results and detail.
