Investment Advisor Training

We are looking for an Investment Advisor to act strategically in client relationships, offering financial solutions aligned with each investor's goals and profile.

Initial Stage From the first day, the professional acts as an Investment Advisor, integrated into an intense and educational training model.

• Onboarding Integration into the EQI culture, tools, and the technical and commercial fundamentals necessary for the role.
• Commercial Development Practical experience focused on prospecting, generating opportunities, and strengthening relationship skills.
• Consolidation of Role After the adaptation period and with the consolidation of expected results, the Advisor will receive an EQI client portfolio and begin their full role, practicing the EQI advisory model with metrics and indicators that will accompany them throughout their career.
• Career Plan Development begins during training and evolves in a structured manner, with evaluations at each stage and opportunities for growth to more senior positions.

What matters in our selection process?

• Cultural Fit;

• CPA-20 (CPA +CPROR), CEA (CPROI), or CFP certification (or interest in obtaining one);

• Knowledge about Investments (Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, among others);

• Commercial and relational profile;

• Full-time availability (100% in-person);

• Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in the Financial Market (Bank, Brokerage Firm, AAI, or Family Office).
