Position Overview The Food and Beverage Host is responsible for managing the restaurant reservations efficiently. The role strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service while building a strong repertoire of guests for the restaurant. The Role Food and Beverage Operations Managing reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed Responding to guest enquiries and requests Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize their dining experience Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience Maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest interactions Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
