Food and Beverage Captain (Cassia, Fiamma, In-Room Dining)

Position Overview The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible to provide guests exceptional food & beverage services. The role strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service, while ensuring procedures and protocols are fully followed. The Role Food and Beverage Operations Order taking and menu description Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge Building and maintaining relationships with guests Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in solving any issues that may arise during their stay Providing exceptional food and beverage services to our guests, including but not limited to: Cassia, Fiamma, In-Room Dining. Ensuring all orders are taken accurately and efficiently, while also ensuring that all menu descriptions are provided to the guest. This includes up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge, building and maintaining relationships with guests, and maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in solving any issues that may arise during their stay.
