Financial advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Long-Term Insurance Financial Advisor to sell and advise on funeral insurance, life cover, and investment/savings insurance solutions in South Africa. In this role, you will meet clients, identify their needs, recommend suitable cover, assist with policy applications, and support clients through the processwhile working on a fully commission-based remuneration structure. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and market products through referrals from existing clients, as well as through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that all client needs are met. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by building a network of contacts within the industry and staying up-to-date with market trends and developments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes. Stay current with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients. Provide training and support to new team members as needed. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives, products, and services.
