Field Sales Coordinator

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Coordinator to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Coordinating Field Sales and Data Analysis activities, training and coaching sales representatives, and monitoring sales performance to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the FMCG industry. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage field sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales representatives, customers, and suppliers Provide sales support and training to sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive business growth and improve sales performance Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration At least 2 years of experience in a sales or sales coordination role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
