Experienced Business Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join our team.

A strong commercial orientation is required for the prospecting of new clients, in addition to negotiation skills to secure new projects and the strategic and operational management of a work team, ensuring their hiring, development and performance within the organization.

The role also covers the financial management of the project, including the control of its profitability, with the aim of optimizing the economic results of the area. As well as teamwork with different areas including: recruitment, Organizational Development and Technical Management.

Activities:

• Ensure the opening of new accounts.
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting.
• Management and leadership of consultant teams
• Present and sell the company's services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and candidates.
• Responsible for leading projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for providing the necessary resources for projects.
• Generate an action plan to achieve the objectives..

Requirements

• Engineering degree (automotive, mechanical, industrial or related).

• Minimum experience of 4 years in the sales area (prospecting, follow-up with clients) is a Plus if you have specific experience in selling engineering services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, project management and results-oriented skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conversational English (Essential).

• Experience in business development, selection & management, management of profit centers.
• Motivated by challenges and results-oriented.

• Interested in customer relations and team management.
• Experience in the automotive sector.

• Plus: Previous experience in Project Management, Product cost Engineer.
