External Sales Executive - Northeast

Your main objective will be to serve and follow up with the client portfolio, boost the development of the commercial area in the region of operation, and identify new business opportunities through active prospecting.

Responsibilities:

• Face-to-face customer service and prospecting for new clients;
• Actively seek business growth in the region;
• Handle complaints and/or objections;
• Analyze and develop the appropriate mix for each client/channel and develop the in-store product with the TM team;
• Present and develop accounts with the Commercial Management;
• Promote actions and events in key accounts with the TM team;
• Promote and maintain active and updated store registrations;
• Ensure stores are properly stocked, organized, priced, and displayed in accordance with company policy;
• Support the industry's financial area in matters related to deadlines, payments, discounts, negotiation funds, among others;
• Monitor and support the logistics process and delivery scheduling;

Qualifications and requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales (experience in the Food and Pharma channels will be a differential);
• Commercial negotiation skills;
• Analysis and preparation of commercial reports;
• Proactivity and ownership mentality;
• Availability for travel;
• Strong desire to learn and make things happen;
• Reside in Fortaleza-CE
