Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus highlighting local and sustainable ingredients; Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers and suppliers to ensure the freshest produce is used in menu creation; Collaborate with the hotel's F&B team to create a seamless guest experience; Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating; Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout all culinary aspects of the property; Manage and train a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff; Maintain accurate records of inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen; Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through menu engineering, pricing, and promotions; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, seasonal ingredients, and global culinary developments to continuously improve and innovate the property’s dining offerings.
